Warranty

If you aren’t satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

-Any damaged items not covered under warranty will not be accepted.

-Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

-CTRL warrants product against Manufacturer’s defects for 1 YEAR. This warranty is limited and does not include: normal wear and tear, defects or damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, improper charging, improper storage, or improper use. Visible physical damage will invalidate the warranty. Incomplete kits will not be accepted for replacement (a “kit” is defined as the two sensors, the sleeve, the charging stand, and the charging cable).

-Shipment errors must be reported within five days of receipt of goods in order to obtain replacements.

-The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping returned products to CTRL. CTRL will be responsible for shipping any replacement units to the customer.

REPLACEMENT PARTS
We will offer to replace your sensor if it arrives damaged. We will require the user to send in the defective sensor before a new one is sent as a replacement. Replacement parts may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement, and/or restocking charges.
